📚 Blind Book Dates
Each Blind Book Date is thoughtfully curated based on your Book Matchmaker Questionnaire. To avoid delays, please complete your questionnaire within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders may not begin processing until your questionnaire has been received.
That one paragraph sets expectations upfront and explains why some orders may take a little longer to process.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Split Shipments
If your order includes items with different processing times, they may arrive in separate shipments. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.
Lost Packages
Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at smutmobileonthego@gmail.com. We’ll gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
